The same thing as any other murder of innocent people: it's wrong by definition. It's also sexist, and given that in every country and society in the world, women are less of risk of being killed, you can't even claim necessity on those grounds.

It's not a "law" or a norm, but a blood feud pact i. e. "Gjakmarrja" where kids and women may be spared from a conflict - but often aren't. In fact some feuds go on for generations in some regions.
