Plus I watched a video from Inside Edition, they interviewed someone where they said most of COVID will be done in April
This pandemic is about over, we are in the home stretch. I think Fauci is full of himself!!
We are winning the battle now, I read an article where they report that the cases are going down 40% the last 14 days!!
He said we will be still wearing masks in 2022 but COVID seems to be dying off as the numbers are dropping and more people are getting the vaccine
The vaccines are here to fight against COVID 19. Does he even believe in vaccines lol

The variants does not matter because we have vaccines now to fight against them. The vaccines are going to save us and reopen everything!!
So again, you do know that with the vaccine being distributed, the UK is entering its third lockdown.
Again, stop doing confirmation bias. Read the news.

How will lockdown be lifted in England?
Stage one is in two parts:
8 March
All schools and colleges will reopen
University students can return for practical courses. There will be a review by the end of the Easter holidays for all other students
Face coverings are recommended in class for secondary school students and also for parents and staff in primary schools
Wraparound childcare can also return for vulnerable pupils and where it is needed for parents or carers to go to work, support groups or to seek medical care
Two people from different households can meet outside for recreation, which can include "a coffee on a bench"
One nominated person can visit care homes, but will need PPE, a lateral flow test and to "keep physical contact to a minimum"

Yes, I know that. Even if you vaccinate a large part of the population domestically, you are simply still at risk of new mutations from abroad. Hence, the rational thing is to take preventive care to limit spread in case some new mutation resistant to the vaccine pops up. That could include facemasks.
No country is actually completely isolated in this matter, except perhaps New Zealand.
You can stop travel. Also, the vaccines can stop other mutations that's their job

Sorry to tell you this, the vaccine will have virtually no effect on the spreading of covid19 until you vaccinate more than around 70% of the population.
Why you people lack basic understanding of the topic you are talking about?
Vaccines relies on herd immunity and that only kicks in properly at like 80-90% and only really shows any noticeable effect at around 70%.

Well, that would be nice. You are back down to only just over 9 million active cases, and the number of new cases a day is way down since New Year, to the level of last summer's peak (when there were 1/4 the number of active cases). That wave is receding, but time will tell what effect the more infectious variant has.
I'm not optimistic, and I'm not just talking about the US.
That's not the entirety of what it said, is it? In fact, it's one optimistic professor, whose comments might well derail his prediction.

France had a peak in new cases, back in November, after which the numbers fell 80% in less than three weeks, since when they've doubled again.
Look, I'd be overjoyed if it disappeared as suddenly as it came, but there are some serious assumptions involved in that professor's opinion.
