I think they absolutely exist they are probably just too far away to ever interact with.

I bet they even look something like us. I think just like you might expect to find alien plant life that resembles earth plant life you could expect to find animals and intelligent life that also resembles what you find on earth.

Technically speaking, atmospheres would prob be different, thus skin tones and even base particles would make them look very different. But evolution would still be a factor even on another planet, so it’s possible we’d have similar looks.

If aliens did exist they'd likely be more advanced than we ever would be. Who put us here, why, evolution etc but something kicked started primates and humans, maybe we are an experiment

No. Octopuses evolved intelligence separately from vertibrates, and they're not much like us. There's no reason to think our body plan is uniquely practical.
