Don't you struggle with shifting focus from one thing to another. Act without thinking sometimes?
Yeah, I do sometimes. I'll relate this to my work job. I work in a kitchen with things coming from every angle needing my attention. I just take all the similar things and do those at the same time. Then move on to the next, take things in steps.
Sure, with organising it becomes easier although we don't tend to organise our lives. My main problem is either missing the detail, or missing the big picture.
I also used to have to wear a noise canceling headset and take tests by myself in grade school. Never went to the doctor for it so I don't know if I had adhd. Pretty sure I have add as an adult
But what so you mean by parasite?
Like an actual parasite
A parasite in the spine. What does this have to do with ADHD?
Well yeah. I think psychology and neurology can be overlapped 😊. Because since neurologists started defining biochemics functions psychologists took great use of that. That's why my doctor is a psychological therapist and a neurologist.
And yes you're totally right. CBT training has a good effect on ADHD.
Not saying drugs can’t help kids focus. But so can reading and moderating flashy games and social media. I’m no parent, so I’m being hypocritical, but there are better ways to combat.
I get your point.
And another thing... just kidding my ADHD myself sometimes.
Are you diagnosed?
Nah I diagnosed myself.
