You haven’t been there I’m guessing?
I have spent too much time in Canada.
Where in Canada?
To be fair US American woman can be pretty masculine and bad also
Liberal is good, people are healthier, happier and better educated in Canada. I went to school there and I’m trying to immigrate.
@Zeldaismyqueen "Liberal is good"... Idiot. Too many years of indoctrination.
lol, sorry I like societies that are healthier, happier, safer, and better educated. I don't like societies that are profoundly unfair capitalist systems and full of gun violence and poorly educated and low life expectancy.
I'll give you this one. ... however I would put Krispy Kreme against Tim Hortons any day.
@KrakenAttackin I don’t like Krispy Kreme all that much, and I’ll side with our northern neighbors that Timmy’s is better than DD.
The weather isn’t
Yo that is true
Yes are smaller than California!
@ladsin Considering they’re still under lockdown…maybe.
@joeldalton that’s not the whole country just some areas
I doubt that
US Americans don’t really kick people to the curve because the government won’t take care of them they need to social network if they aren’t born rich
Ah yes, us Americans have to pay 21k for a god damn ambulance 😍
You don’t get to see people’s real colors due to that
I don't think Canadians are nicer, we're more polite, but not nicer. The difference is, we'll hold the door for you because we all have to work together to endure the cold, but we'll still kick your ass if you offend us. We do little things out of politeness but in terms of kindness, I don't see us as much, if any better, our homelessness, our suicide rates, our drug problems, they show that we aren't fundamentally any nicer to each other. We're still just as willing to ignore the pained cries of those who are oppressed. We just act nicer on the face of things, there was a study that showed Canadians use polite and positive language on social media far more than our American counterparts.journals.plos.org/.../journal.pone.0206188I'm Canadian by the way, I love how polite we are, but I won't hide behind it as if it makes us morally better than Americans.
@devilman666 wow you open doors for each other? That’s like something I was taught to do when I was 5 years old. Next thing you know you’re going to tell me that Canadians address elder males and females as ma’am and sir.
@devilman666 those problems are pretty bad in California
@devilman666 I agree Canadians are not morally better than Americans. I remember debating with you before and you had a lot of the same mentality americans had against foreign countries that was close minded and dismissive of their culture. I think Canadians are just as bad as Americans honestly not much better at all.
You are paying that ambulance whether you know it or not.
@g0dof_GaG you'll have to forgive my poor memory, I don't remember you. That said, I agree that we're not morally better, we like to view ourselves as superior because we're slightly better in some ways, but then we don't really go all the way with fixing our problems, it's like we aim to be just slightly (morally) better than USA so that we can feel good about ourselves. I don't think we cause as many global problems as the USA but we certainly benefit from the problems the USA creates, and we don't try hard enough to fix our own problems. As for the previous discussion, I can't comment as I don't remember the details. I certainly have a negative view on the global impact of the American government, but in terms of true kindness and morality in the general populous, I don't think we're much better, we just substitute politeness for kindness and pretend like that makes us better.
