What do you think of people who try to mudsling the BLM movement by decrying it as Marxist?

Although maybe they have a point; maybe there has always been a Marxist undercurrent behind the Civil Rights Movement. After all, guess who Karl Marx himself supported during the Civil War.Lets not forget that Lincoln didn't just emancipate the Slaves, he set in motion the redistribution of the planter classes' property to them (a policy that was unfortunately reversed after his assassination).

And to think, we question whether we should judge his words by our standards or those of the time when so many people today lost their shit when Biden was talking about compensating black farmers.

Pretty sure the raised fist is a communist symbol so that might be where they are getting that from.

The founders were marxist but the movement is about equality before the law. It's kinda like how MLK was a socialist but that wasn't what the Civil Rights Movement was about.

So you're telling me that African Americans and other racial minorities are not considered members of an oppressed class of some sort by BLM regardless of what that class is called as of right now. Am I misrepresenting you at all by saying that?
