They have a right to set their dress code, they can ban any kind of clothing they deem inappropriate for the business place. They can be selective they can do whatever, while on their property. I've had places ban certain colors of shoes, or even dresses. Forcing them to allow BLM masks also means they have to allow Swastikas' Masks or any other kind.

Bad for business as BLM masks will get customers who disagree to stop shopping there.

Protest all they want off the job and the premises.

It's one thing to air an opinion it's another to wear a symbol or a logo. If you allow blm ones then you have to allow ones from race hate groups and thats never good business sense.

They're an employer, and have the right to set a dress code, so I don't think they're wrong, but that argument makes no sense.

Every store should be able to refuse service to anyone/anything for whatever reason and have their own rules of what is and isn’t allowed. Otherwise all the stores are effectively government stores which would kill the economy pretty quickly
