Neighbors are being asked to move soon and making a lot of noise?

They’re being asked to leave by a certain date by the property manager because of harassing me. If they don’t leave they’re going to face eviction. They have about 1 week and a few days left to be gone. They’re always making extreme noise but why do you think?
They’re angry because they’re in fact leaving in 1 week
