I'm pro-choice and agree with you on the matter, but it's not up to people to decide who gets to be a mother and who doesn't. Frankly, I don't agree with the idea of abortions after five months, as a child can be C-sectioned after 5 to 6 months and live outside the womb. I'm just saying, I nor anyone else should control people's lives in such a way; especially if I was someone who was pro-life but admits I'd do absolutely nothing in real life to back up my claims and it was nothing more than blowing internet smoke. (Not directed at you; just some people on here.)
Actually you'd be very wrong. I've worked with single mothers and infants for charity going back to when I was 16 and continued into my early adult life. Only reason I quit was because my life was endangered by the criminal element lurking those neighborhoods. I worked for Freedom Outreach in Wilmington, Delaware and I used to do some things for Project Rice Bowl, look em up
But you're not telling me anything I dont already know. Watching them for summer camp for instance, helping with diaper changes, feeding them, I've done all that stuff. I'm not walking into anything I dont already know about. In high school we also had to take a fake baby home with us and do the simulations. Baby would cry throughout the night all week and yeah it sucked. And i've been around multiple babies at the same time in daycare centers. Again, nothing I haven't experienced first hand.
we are talking about adopting for our third child and having 2 of our own. But that's IF there's no chance of the mother trying to get involved. That's a headache. My kid, my values, our lifestyle. She didn't want the kids, she doesn't have a say anymore. Agreed?
@t-8900 I also want to ask you one other question here, since you're one of the few pro-life people on here who can actually back up their beliefs with conviction:
Why do pro-life people get so, so, SO damn hyper-emotional and personal over this one issue, but seem to show such blatant carelessness and disregard for human life once the child is born? I'm not trying to attack people here, but pro-life people do not seem anymore compassionate or caring of others than anyone else. Most pro-life people are conservatives and support things like the Castle Doctrine and literally murdering anyone who'd step on their property (with intent to harm or not). They also tend to be pro-death penalty and pro-war. Not that I'm against any of these things; I actually support the 2nd Amendment and death penalty.
I'm just saying the logic makes zero sense. Why are embryos and fetuses such a strong hill they're willing to fight on, but couldn't care less about human life already alive and born right now? I NEVER understood this contradictory logic. A formless group of cells are more valuable to some people than actual neighbors and fellow human beings? Like, what?
I'm not directing this specifically to you. I'm just saying it's extremely common among pro-life people in general. Their views on life are inconsistent, and sometimes even callous, when it comes to living people. It's not based on Christianity either, cause I don't think Jesus taught people to be blood-thirsty and love the idea of killing anyone... Unless it's a 7 week old embryo, which is apparently a line too far, for some people weirdly.
Explain to me why it's my responsibility to adopt their kids and, if I'm unwilling, then I should be ok with them being aborted. That's possibly the dumbest thing I've seen on here (and that's saying something).
@OnTheLevel If you're unwilling to do anything for them, then stay the fuck out of other people's business and worry about your own life. It's not hard to figure out.
So... You have nothing to counter in regards to staying out of other people's business if you're not going to do shit to improve the situation. Got it. Also, there's an option C on the poll, but I see you either chose to ignore it, or just not observant enough to notice it.
My brother adopted an unwanted Hispanic child, my niece adopted an unwanted Hispanic child, and my sister in law's brothers adopted three black unwanted kids.
How is a condom or contraception any different from abortion? You're still preventing a baby from being born and interrupting the natural human reproduction cycle. You realize your logic makes zero sense, right? Furthermore, how is semen that men waste everyday on porn any different from an embryo in an egg? Genetically, they're the same up until the woman's belly is fully showing.
That's why I can't understand retarded logic like this.
Home > Society & Politics > Polls > If you are Pro-Life, would you rather adopt a pregnant mother's triplets, or would you rather see her get an abortion?
What Girls & Guys Said

These are really stupid hypotheticals to justify killing unborn children.
ME PERSONALLY? Abortion. I'm not raising someone else's triplets. But if someone else wants to, that's wonderful!
Still no
Was she raped? No?
Guess what? She consented to the pregnancy when she consented to the sex.
Tell her to stop being an irresponsible harlot and raise her children that she consented to have.
For me I don’t see it as a great argument. Not slandering the thought owner, but it just doesn’t justify the pro-choice argument very well in my mind.
What a strange question. Abortion happens the first few weeks, not months into it. A life is only a life when it can live outside of it's host.

Never in my life heard about abortion at 5 months
Lol kids are hard the ones who said that i bet never raised any

@t-8900 thats not raising kids thats just helping them im talking about 24/7 kids on your hip, what you did is only 1/4th of the pie in parenting
But you're not telling me anything I dont already know. Watching them for summer camp for instance, helping with diaper changes, feeding them, I've done all that stuff. @t-8900 so you think that experiance has you ready for three triplet babies? For 18 years of their life?
yeah I already know what to expect as I said. I'd rather have 3 or 4 sleepless years than for 3 babies to be sentenced to death.
@t-8900 ew, id never sacrifice my sleep, money, career, freedom, privacy, pets, etc for a child 😂😂😂😂
@Fuentes LOL you are 100000% correct😂these people think having kids are fun and games.. NO ITS NOT!!!
Adopt the kids but she's out.

@t-8900
She would basically give up all duties as a mother. So you could raise them however you wished.
@t-8900

You do realize there’s a huge waiting list for newborn babies, right?
That is because the adoption process is soo damn slow. Some people just go and adopt a baby from other countries.
@Daniela1982 it’s because there aren’t new burns being put up
Wait, new what?
@Daniela1982 ones*
Or babies is what I put originally I believe
Just because I don't want to see someone murdered doesn't mean I want to adopt them.
I am prolife and if that woman had an abortion now then it would be murder and she would be in jail and the babies in foster care.
Sorry if she had an abortion the kids would be in foster care would they? My bad…
Explain to me why it's my responsibility to adopt their kids and, if I'm unwilling, then I should be ok with them being aborted. That's possibly the dumbest thing I've seen on here (and that's saying something).

I'm unwilling to house hardened criminals in my house too. Does that mean we should get rid of jails?
I'm unwilling to pay off my neighbor's mortgage. Does that mean he shouldn't have to pay because it's difficult for him?
So... You have nothing to counter in regards to staying out of other people's business if you're not going to do shit to improve the situation. Got it. Also, there's an option C on the poll, but I see you either chose to ignore it, or just not observant enough to notice it.
adopted
My brother adopted an unwanted Hispanic child, my niece adopted an unwanted Hispanic child, and my sister in law's brothers adopted three black unwanted kids.
Wish more people were like them.
My sister in laws mother adopted a teenage girl
For every child you don't adopt one gets put down?
Imagine using contraception or abstinence or HAVING A PLAN.
Nahhh that’s difficult, just kill them and proceed. 😊

More details are needed.
Adopt. No doubt
