Should yellow and/or red cards be rescinded (taken away) after a game if a penalty/foul was granted for a flop?

I thought of this yesterday while watching Peru vs France. Paul Pogba was given a yellow card for an incident where his fingers literally grazed against the side of a Peruvian player's forehead. The player went down in a heap like he'd been bashed with a brick and the referee gave Pogba a yellow card. the consequences of a card in a tournament like a World Cup could have huge implications down the line.

Should yellow and red cards be reviewed post game and rescinded if it is clear the card was given as a result of a player flopping (intentionally going down to try and get a foul called)?
