I enjoy them all pretty much just not competitively, just being active is nice as well as pushing the limits of your body is fun.
Is weight lifting a sport? If not I guess I hate sports.

Swimming is a really best sport especially, if you are trying to lose weight. It helps stretch out all the bones in your body. Some Benefits of swimming are low impact, cardio workout, helps build endurance, also swimming burns between 300 and 450 calories in 30 minutes.
Rowing. I raced in high school, college, and for six years after college at the elite level. I still try to hit the water five days a week. Besides that, like cycling.
I like all of them, but I play soccer far, far more than the others.
Yoga has been something I really enjoy lately. I used to hate all things related to exercise.
