Who would win a kicking contest between a man and a woman?

If they are average sized men and women, with average abilities for their sexes, then the man would win. He would be able to overpower her with size, strength, and experience. One solid kick from a guy could easily hurt so much that she would go to the ground. Yes, a good kick in the balls would end it for the guy, but as they were in a contest, he would be ready for that, and be able to outmaneuver her with speed and more agility, and not allow her such a kick, as he was hitting her with successive kicks.

Women aren't built to withstand as much impact. The hip bones are particularly thin, wide, and short.

Men are built for better power transfer, as well. The hips are narrow and tall. The legs are straighter at the knee joint. The feet are bigger.

He's going to kick harder and be able to withstand a harder kick as well. You might find an exception here and there, but the man will win 90+% of the time.

The man would win. If we say they are both equally fit, the man will still kick harder. And if we use average sizes of each men have more reach because the average man is still taller than the average woman.

Then you add more specific details like all the ways men are built for combat like thicker skin, bone density, hip shape, etc.

Even if you include groin shots, a kick to the balls certainly hurts but so does a kick to a woman's pelvis. It's a weak point for both sexes.

Men are physically stronger in every way.

Even a fit female is weaker than most unfit men.
