Probably the hulk. He was the first real super star. Then there's Brett Hart. John Cena, Stone Cold, macho man, Sting, Triple H, Shawn Micheals. Undertaker. Kane. Big show. Rick flair. Goldberg. Batista. Brock Lesnar. A lot greats went through WCW & ECW.
The Rock is probably the greatest though, he captured the audience more than any wrestler I saw.
Rick Flair is not a small guy he's 6'1, probably looks small because he wasn't doing steroids in the 80s and 90s like the rest.

  Na wrestling is real it is just scripted. I had a tryout doing the falling on my back I felt it in my head. Everything they do is real only they follow a script and the outcome is predetermined and enough guys have died from pain pill or muscle relaxer pill overdoses because of this.

  Yeah. My grandfather told me about Killer Kowalski. But that was well before my time.
  Even Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant were a bit before I was old enough to see but I saw Hogan a bit near the back part of his career in WCW and then when he went against the rock which was the best atmosphere of a wrestling match ever.

From a technical standpoint, Stone Cold wasn't all that good. But he was a great performer who knew how to sell and work over a crowd.

Hogan was great for his time, Ric Flair showed the world smaller guys can hang with the best of them and Andre proved big men can be more than blumbering fools. I'm surprised Shawn Michaels isn't on here.

Undertaker is the perfect mix of strength, sell, athletic ability, charisma and skill professional wrestling has ever seen.

  I go more by personality rather than how good their matches are.
  Like Hogan's matches were actually not as bad as some might say but it was more the build up and how he acted at the beginning and end and stuff.
  Triple H was similar but with slightly less charisma but slightly better matches

  @SirRexington I have to disagree because Stone Cold was a good technical worker he just didn't work that way in WWF back in WCW Stone Cold was Stunning Steve Austin and he could work. The thing about it is it didn't matter how good or how hard of a worker he was because Eric Bischoff refused to push him and also Stunning Steve was not anywhere near the character that Stone Cold was because WWF let Stone Cold be an extention of himself so it worked.

There is no true answer to this. There are way too many greats Shawn Michaels, all the guys you showed in this post. Chris Benoit and others. Asking this is like saying who is the greatest actor of all time or greatest band of all time. It is impossible to answer. I will say that for sure it is nobody wrestling today that is for sure because while I do still enjoy wrestling I watch AEW sometimes but really wrestling died in 2001 if you wanna get technical. Wrestlers started getting trained by nobodies and stopped working in a traditional way and this is why the business is what it is now. If anybody was truly the greatest they came up back in the day.

Haven't really watched it since the late 80's/early 90's but back then it was Andre the Giant. Just because he was a good person on his own and awesome in "The Princess Bride!" Beyond Andre I think I really liked Rowdy Roddy Piper back in the day. But as far as the greatest was/is I have no way judging their individual skills in a unperformed in arena.

Hulk Hogan made it big and The Rock improved it. I think the Rock was the greatest, but was made easier by the wrestlers before him. He also got to work with some of the greatest like Stone Cold. His era I think had the best wrestling and storytelling.

How can you be the greatest when you do 20 dives during your match and don't sell anything right? lol Guys don't wrestle these days like back in the day except for people like Dustin Rhodes and Jericho. Most others just do acrobat shit and ignore psychology and psychology is what wrestling is about. It doesn't matter if you do 20 cool moves in a match. You could do headlocks and armbars and hit a piledriver for the win in a 5 minute match and still fans will react to that more than any of the crazy spots of today if it is done right.

  I have fought long fights. It's very common here in Hawaii, a lot of men know how to fight. Not 25 mins but 3-8 min is pretty normal, you can see this if you look up Hawaii fights on YouTube. I did a bit of amateur boxing 3 mins 3 rounds still pretty long.

Bret the hitman Hart he was the true legend. FFS he beat ric flair for the title he beat the undertaker he beat steve austin i think he might of even beat the rock before he started juicing on his roids and he even beat bill goldberg even when goldberg speared him bret hart still won because bret outsmarted the guy by having a metal plate under his jersey shirt to absorb the impact of the spear so he won't. He out thought all his opponents that's why he won 99% of the time until vince mcmahon fucked him over by making shawn michaels win the title since vince didn't want bret to just relinquish it on his own hence why bret punched vince in the face before he quit
