The best vs my favorite are too different things. The best wrestlers are definitely modern ones. They are smaller but more athletic and versatile. Id say Rey Mysterio, The Undertaker, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, Dolph Ziggler, Andrade, Drew McIntyre and the Rock.

I'd say the rock, because he is very smart and flexible. Like Arnold swazenger.. Can't spell the name... He's able to do many things past his place where he was first made popular. But Randy savage was and is a lot of fun
