Call.If you want my attention: callIf you want to let me know you alive: callWant to ask me something: callThe point I hate texts. I forget and it hard for me to connect people to words if it more on a personal level.I had a friend who always wanted to plan things through text. And every time I forgot. I finally said you need to be In my ear if you want me to not filter it through.
I live at home with my parents and brother still, so I’d much rather text because they won’t be able to listen in on my conversation. I don’t care if I’m talking about clothes with a friend on the phone is still don’t want my nosy family eavesdropping on me. So yes I’d rather text.
It's not that I'm against calls, but I would prefer to text due to the fact I am quite socially awkward, plus I go to high school if I get a call there my mates are just gonna fuck around and get me into trouble.
Both. Texting in most circumstances, because it's more efficient. But a call can be nice once in a while.
Thanks for the MHO!
You need it :)
Haha ok lol
Hearing the sound of someone's voice voice is so important, especially if they are your significant other. --- I love to write and texting is so covenant, but there is nothing better than talking with someone on the phone and hearing the sound of their voice. I do feel that being able to text is very important and a useful tool to have in contacting someone ( It is also cheaper depending on the type of phone service you use. I have two phones that use different services. ) I do text a lot, but it is so much better to talk on the phone with another.
See I won MHO on this same question. Here is the link to that oneDo You Prefer To Text Or Talk? ↗ Talking is faster and I can't do the stupid texting thing. Because my phone is on my wall in my hallway and the other is one my desk
Nowadays, I'd text first to ask if they're available to talk. If they say yes, then I'd call. If they tell me they're busy, I'll ask them to call me when they're already available to talk. If I can't for an answer, I'd text again with the details of my concerns.
"If I can't *wait for an answer..."
It depends for me. I like texting because it gives me time to make sure that I actually want to say something and to make sure that I'm not being a bitch like I naturally am. On the other hand my friends and boyfriend live so far away and sometimes I just want to hear them and spend time with them.
If it is important, time sensitive or you need to know that I got the message call me. If you text I may not notice it for up to a week. I've seen texts like "I'm stranded could I get a ride" days after it was sent. I am often working and ignore my phone.
I rather call. I hate it when new women are meeting me and after 2 weeks, they don't want to jump into calling but keep on texting. It is a freaking deal breaker if a woman texts daily for a month and ain't got the courage to up it to calling and talking over the phone.
I don’t like talking on the phone because it can be hard to understand the person. Texting is way more convenient because all I have to do is read what they say.
If it's something short and quick, text. Anything more, call. Talk faster than text.
if it's someone who seems to take forever to reply via text, I'll just call them. Otherwise texting is preferred.
i like calling. i can't pickup vocal cues through text. the average person only says 10% through talking the rest you pickup from tone and facial expressions
If I need to explain something or just have a lot to say, I call.
Generally, I prefer texting over calling as I can express myself better while texting, and I am more comfortable with texting.
It depends on how much i want to say , usually i text first to see if they are Free, then i will Call if i know i have a lot to say, if it's something minor i will just text
Honestly, I prefer texting or mailing but I won't mind calling either.
Mostly text. I can more easily control what I say by double checking and before sending. More time to think.
Text. More time to think of a response, I process visual information better, and it's more to the point with no room for bad audio or pauses.
I like the feeling of being able to hear his voice. And besides when we aren't talking but also not hanging up the phone, breathing sounds can really cause chemistry xx
I prefer texts, but if it's important then they should call me
Awwww!! Do you want my number? I'll PM you if you want!
It depends. If I'm lazy I wanna text. If I'm busy or excited, i wanna call. It all depends on the context of who I'm talking to and what I'm talking about
I hate talking on a call with anyone...Id prefer either texting or face to face talking.
Depends on the message. Text/IM is good for mundane stuff. Voice for the tricky stuff.
Call. I like to hear a woman's voice when I really, really like her.
I like texting for most things. Words are not valued in any other form
Although most times I text, if I really want to talk to you I'd rather hear your voice.
Text. Calling me is pointless, I'm useless over the phone.
depends on who it is and how important the call is.if its my so, call. love his voice
I prefer call to text , its more of knowing that you are able to hear them
I'm fine with either. But obviously if I'm kinda busy a text is probably better.
I think texting is fine but it gets old , i like to think a phone call is more better.
I tend to like texting friends, then they can get back when free. Business calls always ring...
intimate people must call , casual acquitance people prefer text message
I like writing, it lets me convey my thoughts more clearly, so definitely text.
Depends on who, some people will keep me on the phone to long
I prefer text. Don't like everybody in my buissness
Texting a one liner is OK, but anything more takes a phone call.
Definitely rather call, then text if the don't pick up.
Call.I prefer real conversation. There is WAY too much texting in this world.
Call. Everyone texts nowadays and I like to be different
Text for awhile But Then... Call and All. xxoo
Love texting not receiving calls.
Depends the subject matter.
Depends on who is the person.
I think a healthy balance of both is best.
I would much rather text!
Call! SO much time wasted by text "convo's".
Call.xx~ Mrs Manson
Call.Texting hurts my hands over a while
Calls are more meaningful than text.
I am always talking I would rather text lol
text so i can answer when i feel like it
Text, its more convenient
I prefer hearing a person's voice
I prefer call them first then see them in person.
Call, I like to hear others' voices on the phone
Important = call me. Not important = text.
Depends on the person and what I’m doing
what ever works for who I know
text because it is cheaper
Call.People text too much IMHO.
