Is it dangeraous to give amazon your passport number in order to watch "FSK 18" movies and how can you delete such information on amazon?

So i was stupid enough to give my passport number to Amazon to watch FSK several years ago. I dont know how to delete this Information. Do you think deleting your amazon account would help? I also have a problem with paypal-I send them a copy of my passport and now I am afraid that someone will steal data. But the thing is i am going to request a new passport in a year because my current passport will be expired in a year. So that does this mean every copy of my current passport won't be valid anymore after year?

Yeap, for sure.
It coud be used for fraud, but not easily. For example, I cancelled my phone account with just my number, date of birth and birthplace.

So it could be used for fraud? Can you also give me informationen about PayPal? I send them a copy of my passport because there was a problem with my paypal account and so they want a copy of my passport. Do you think i also can delete my passport data somehow on paypal by deleting my paypal account?

Oh thank you. But i dont know if my data get deleted since i send it to them by uploading it on their site. I also can't close my account since they are still are not sure if it is my account and I need to send more Informationen but i have enough. I just will delete my email so my account get invalid
