How can I prove my father is the culprit?

my father preteding to be me with gmail with my name. What can i do?
he sends emails to his wife and writes her that I want to kill her. uses my name. google gives the last two numbers of the mobile and the first two letters of its email in case of password loss. Also I have the sms that tells me that he created an email with my name. I dont have the password. He has declared his mobile number. The lawyers told me I could not sue him because I have no evidences.

OK, well it sounds like his wife is going to take his side even if there is evidence. So the question is, who are you needing to prove this to? Because you won’t be able to prove it to her. She is in a relationship with someone who is obviously willing to lie, and manipulate, so she’s in pretty deep bullshit up to her neck already, living with him every day. I would just take this as a loss, and walk away. As long as no he’s trying to press charges on you for death threats of things like that, then there’s reallyNo point in wasting your Christmas on this.
