Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

I got this message randomly and it asks me to log in, then comes up that it's loading but does nothing and just loads.
I can't access anything Google on my phone but I can on my laptop

Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

I think you need to accept an authorization from your laptop.

Your password has been changed. You need to enter new password.

If you didn't do this, immediately change your password.

My password has stayed the same. I can log into my gmail on the laptop with the same password I had before

I just changed my password.
I click on that notif and it says to login which I do with correct password. Then it comes up a loading screen and doesn't change, Then goes back to the login screen

Did you search google and see any solutions? I am sure someone must have asked this before

Yeah reset password and Googled it and there was nothing so I have no idea.
The solution was for an android model 9, mine is 8 lol
