Have you ever taken a break from social media for mor then 3 day?

This current account that I have on this lame ass forum is the first time I've ever used any kind of social media, if this even qualifies as social media. I have to say I don't think I'm going to be here much longer. This is a complete waste of time and energy.

Ahh yes for two years actually, i spent two years in a boarding school where no smartphone or such accessory was allowed. I did use a bit whenever i went home during breaks but that doesn't count right?

Yes, I've done that. Sometimes it feels good to stay away from social media and focusing more on what's happening in front of you.

I will go for weeks at a time during the summer when I am busy.

Yeah, I deactivated my Facebook and Instagram accounts about a year ago. It's worth it in my opinion.

I haven't used social media for years.

I get updates now and then from other sources. But I no longer use the platforms themselves.
