I’m a first time flyer and I have hair products that I need. Can I bring them in my checked bag or I cannot?

You will have to check with your local TSA. I have never flown either. But what I have learned most of those products have to be told prior and you have to have it either in a designated spot or the size needs to be smaller. Some of those items however cannot be on a carry-on. It is a fire hazard. Travel or sample size is preferred. It is also suggested to wait until you get to your destination and have enough money to buy those products where your going, or order them online prior if what you need is illegal at that place. Certain products you cannot travel with your or purchase in some places or countries.

My suggestion is to order sample products from travel sites that offer samples. Like this one maybe. It is just a suggestion. For the rest, you will have to do your own research. Amazon also has products.

Is not about the size. You're only allowed to carry liquids 100ml each if one or more exceed 100ml they will dispose it.
