She was never voted in. She took over because David Cameron fucked up by starting brexit voting to appease a small minority and it backfired.
@WhoDatGuy … and now it looks as if Boris can play for a while. Different day - same shit :D
Don't get me started on fucking Brexit. It's a fucking clusterfuck that fucked us over. It could all have been done months ago, instead of ending up with the Chinese fire drill we got...
Teresa may about as much use as Ann Frank's drum kit
@WhoDatGuy That's Jeremy Corbyn...
What is she going to do from now on?
@ThisDudeHere That's a very good question. I don't think she's said what her plans are. There isn't any one set path for former PMs to take. Some remain as MPs, on the backbenches, whereas others resign from the House of Commons pretty soon after leaving office. If I had to bet, I'd expect she'll step down as an MP and retire. I don't think she's well-liked by her colleagues.
Can PM's live off of their pension well?
@ThisDudeHere I don't think she'll starve. Her husband also earns a pretty penny, too. Then there's the lecture circuit, if she chooses to do that.
I'd rather opt for 'Peaceful Anarchy' - but basically, I share your idea to adjust a few things
I think a timed dictatorship could work. So after 4 years they have another vote. Nobody wants to do what needs to be done, too worried about popularity
@andreasderjuengere peaceful anarchy is too idealistic. Although in theory its appealing.
@WhoDatGuy they need a layman to ride up and take the reigns of power and end the current oligarchy But its almost impossible in the new international order. Other powers would immediately descend like vultures.It's very tricky
We sent our worst to do the Impossible
What was so impossible about it? Why was it seemingly so impossible not to be awful at it.
