Mass shootings. Do you think there is a wave of false allegations being made against people in regards to threats of mass shootings?

I mean an allegation about threatening to come into work or school and shoot the place up is really just one person's word against another's and very hard to prove either way. In the case of a false allegation made against you about making threats to committ a mass shooting in this current climate how likely is it you would be treated as innocent until proven guilty by your employer, or your school, the law, by friends, by family and by soceity.
