Good point 👍
Thanks for your kind compliment.
Unfortunately it is expensive, but it only needs to be done in the areas that are being treated.
Great point 👍😊
Great 1 👍an yes it would if slowed it down

Oh, an alternative to A would be to immediately force companies to start producing them in large numbers at the first hint of an outbreak (and if they turn out not to be needed, you can keep them in storage). Masks, too.
Travel bands out an in a country before it hits countries that dint see it
Both comments for goeadd
Good comment 👍
That is a way for certain diseases to become resistant. But the reason COVID-19 can't be treated with any antibiotics is because it's caused by a virus and antibiotics only treat diseases that are caused by bacteria. Antibiotics don't treat ANY viruses at all.
@Flower7 great point feel free to leave a comment on the subject if you havnt
Oh I se you did oops MH mistake 👍great point still
@Flower7 Yeah I know🙂 I wasn't talking about covid-19. But I do admit asker was asking about viruses, so my point is a bit irrelevant I agree. Guilty. Still, assuming asker don't know the difference between bacteria and viruses I squeazed it in there anyway.
Stupid assumption aswell, I apolagize.
Great ppoint 👍
👍🍕forgot the extra thump an pizza an I meant excellent point
The first death in China was January 9th, the first case in the US was January 20th. It's been very quick to spread. There used to be a US CDC outpost in China (and about 40 other countries) looking out for precisely this sort of thing.
Do you trust China's reporting... I got the 29th for the first US I found 11th for China but it's a Chinese newspaper... That's when the papers where published not the date of death.
Their reporting, no, their scientists/doctors yes, which is what makes having US CDC representatives on the ground all the more important.
@goaded true 👍
Good 1 👍
I bet, 'they' will not listen to me, though :D
No people will move on an forget like when sars an h1n1 flu virus happened
Are you that sure than the US government would have noticed any quicker if a pig farm worker from some small town, his family, friends, and fodder salesperson went down with the flu? Would they even have been able to afford to go to the doctor? It could happen anywhere.e. g. wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/26/2/19-1348_article"Volume 26, Number 2—February 2020Hepatitis E Virus in Pigs from Slaughterhouses, United States, 2017–2019 ...Hepatitis E virus (HEV) RNA was detected in 6.3% and HEV IgG in 40% of 5,033 serum samples from market-weight pigs at 25 slaughterhouses in 10 US states. The prevalent HEV genotype was zoonotic genotype 3, group 2. ... HEV-3 and HEV-4 are zoonotic viruses that infect pigs and humans. "
Great point 👍kiran very true stop travelling in an out of countries infected so I mean dont let people travel back nor out of their country that havnt seen an outbreak yet
@goaded Noticed earlier? The problem with the Chinese wasn't that they didn't notice it. It's that they did, then covered it up and ordered the lab who found it to destroy the samples. Noticing isn't the problem. Covering it up to save face is.
Yes, people trying to save face is a problem, but not a uniquely Chinese one.
Excellent comment 👍👍👍
Ignoring how much of that is BS, how is that going to prevent future pandemics?
@Ad_Quid_Orator By closing the borders and not relying on foreign goods.
The way we practice animal farming could also produce deadly diseases.
@Ad_Quid_Orator Get rid of factory farms and go back to family farms.
That's going to mean a lot less meat (well, for you).
@Ad_Quid_Orator Guess I'll have to go hunt my meat.
You just said it but many can't aford to stay home at small jobs with few workers with no payed sick time
Seriously any doctor who is on TV is who they are picking and telling them to say what they are saying. 6 major companies own the entire mainstream media so at the head of these companies 6 fucking people decide to put us in a state of fear on every news channel and popular newspaper.
I love pizza too man lol
And maybe eliminate the FDA or at least reduce its function to testing only for safety and not efficacy.
Excellent point 👍😊
Great point 👍👍
Right, we (you) do this:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L_vqIGTKuQECramming animals in crowded spaces and overusing antibiotics? That's not begging for a pandemic.
@Ad_Quid_Orator im not an expert but I believe bats carry dangerous viruses. Also I personally purchase organic more humane meat
But yes first world nations aren't perfect and animal welfare is a serious issue there as well
An dint mean the kaffir face mean a 🤔
Intriguing. It might also get rid of people who come to the gate late, running.
@goaded Adult always used to tell us to walk, not run. That will be the result of not listening in childhood. 😲😂
Excellent point 👍👍
