Death is easy, so strike all of those. That's a lighter sentence than the life in prison.

Being used to test medical drugs sounds good, because it allows them to contribute to society in a meaningful way, so some good comes out of their life.

However, our justice system is also terribly flawed and it's very common for innocent people to be sent to prison for crimes they did not commit. Because of the very real chance that they did not actually commit the crime, I would say a simple life imprisonment is enough. Goal is to reduce or eliminate potential for harm, not revenge. Separation from society accomplishes that perfectly.

I've seen stone cold killers get less time then that and then get paroled. This would hopefully mean he will never get out and instead would rape young men in prison.

All of those sound lovely but just as any criminal he deserves justice and he got his years killing him quickly would be a waste I think prison is best for him

He is probably going to be killed in prison. That should be sufficient for all the people that want him tortured. We don't torture people who are US citizens, mostly.
