A Health Care Worker Intentionally Ruined 500+ Coronavirus Vaccines & What Do You Think Should Happen To That Person?

- I guess my first question would be Why?1|10|0Is this still revelant?
- Good chance he's an antivaxxer.0|10|0Is this still revelant?
Like a lot of things this is the unknown right now & I’m sure lawyers are going to be fighting on this one.
One of many motives I believe.
1. We could have an antivaxxer on our hands as you say.
2. Maybe this health care worker has medical knowledge that you, I & the rest of the world doesn’t have & he ruined them to actually save lives.
3. Maybe he was having a bad day.
4. Can you think of anymore?- Show All Show Less
@Bratsondanielle Insanely it is especially when it comes to public health & this joker ruined about $11,000 worth of vaccines. Honestly I think the vaccines should be under better lock & key.

2141- Arrest, fines, barred from working in any healthcare capacity, and barred from working with any vulnerable populations (children, elderly, etc).
The charges should equal out to the number of lives impacted by his actions and he ought to also have his wages garnished for the cost of the vaccines lost.
Considering the USA is already short millions of vaccines, this health care worker really fucked over tons of people. Mostly, those in need of the vaccine like his peers on the front line of pandemic help (and rich politicians).1|32|1The charges are going to be lining up on this one & lawyers are going to have a field day on this one. As for me when she is sitting in jail I think a judge should order her to write 500 letters to the families who lost someone due to covid.
- 1. Calculate the financial value of the vials and treat them just like people who steal that much cash from ATMs are treated.
2. Calculate loss of reputation to the medical facility. Make them owe that money to the facility.
3. Banned from working in that field for life. You can't trust someone who messes with health care protocols. Next thing you know they are injecting people with household cleaning supplies by "accident".1|12|0 - Anonymous20 dThis vaccine was funded by the government from people’s tax money. Without their choice, just like paying the police officers. Never by doctors. This pharmacist obviously knows what they are doing. They know how to handle medicine with proper care. If the vaccine NEEDS to be at proper temperature because of the chemicals. Then so be it! They did everyone a favor and actually did save lives. Give this person a medal!
Maybe this is why frontline workers are getting bad side effects from the vaccine. Because it’s not handled with care. It actually took a pharmacist to point out the obvious. A true hero1|31|3As for the person who ruined the vaccines if they have knowledge that it is doing more harm than good that person & other people really need to come forward & educate the world. On television I always see commercials about bad drugs & I just hope their one doesn’t make that list & something tells me it already did.
The only reason the vaccine must be frozen is because it contains parts of viral RNA (a guideline for proteins that your body uses to train the immunity), which degrades in few hours at room temperature.
- He should pay for 500 replacements and be banned from all future medical activities. If anyone can be shown to have died because of the unavailability of these vaccines then he such be charged for reckless endangerment causing death or some similar charge and "Lock 'em up!".1|12|1
- Still need the full details to come out. Could be she was suffering mental illness, or was under stress and acted out of character.
Either way, I don't think she was an anti-vaxxer. But the papers have blown up over the issue as not only has she wasted millions in that single action, but it demonstrates that there are issues with healthcare workers that need addressed.0|12|1 - Why did he/she do that? I think they should get terminated with immediate effect and maybe should also be refrained from working as a health care worker again.0|31|1
- Heroic, but futile.
We have to let the idiots take the vaccine. You can't fix stupid. Let them take the death shot and pass on, it's a mercy.0|10|0 - If he thought they were supposed to be removed from the fridge or has some other dumb reason for doing it that paints his actions as well-meaning, it is unjust to punish him for it. Criminal charges are life-ruining, and we shouldn't just charge everyone and anyone who is in technical violation of the law; justice is more nuanced than simply being a set of consequences for particular rule-breaking.0|10|0
- Pretty sure that person will end up in one of our countries finest public supported hotels.1|31|0
That person is going to be out like a fat kid in dodgeball & you know their going to skip town.
- Strip them of their medical licence, make them pay for the ruined vials and make them do community service (disinfecting hospital wards)0|22|0
In addition have him write 500 letters to families who recently lost a loved one due to covid.
Strictly speaking that would be 250 families because you need two doses of the vaccine for the treatment.
- i would agree with that, if there was compulsory, forced vaccination. but since vaccinations are optional still (not sure for how long to come), i think that's a dick move, cause you're depriving people of their choice.0|12|0
People do have the right & for the guy who ruined 500 vaccines he wasn’t thinking of those who really needed it.
- He or she would lose their job.
500 sounds much but it is planned to vaccinate every human on earth, so its not really a big set back.0|10|1 - Was it intentional or just down to carelessness? The Pfizer vaccine is pretty crap because its much more prone to this kind of thing than any of the alternatives.1|31|2
Still playing American i see from your grey skied British village lol it's amazing what covid has done to people who spend 99% of the time in the house they. Imagine living in the US oh wellll
- Show All Show Less
@wagsingle im just quoteing what President Woodrow Wilson, President Warren Harding and now Current President Trump has said America first, do i think the rest of the world should mind their business YES! Defenitley 100%
Yes it is. Given other vaccines seem to be just as effective, I think Biden should use the defence authorization act to require Pfizer to use it's manufacturing capacity to produce another easier to handle vaccine. At least until the crisis is over.
Pfizer is the most expensive, and requires a -80 freezer because the enzyme system it uses is a pain in the arse to work with. Yes its at the future of vaccines but it's not quite there yet and this isn't the time to experiment. If Pfizer wasn't such a big American company I doubt many would seriously consider its version.
Unfortunately, unless the federal government uses the Defence Production Act to mandate Pfizer produce another vaccine, we will have to use it in order to get people vaccinated as quickly as possible.
@wagsingle Foreigners don't have freedom of speech in the US and never will and that's why yhe rest of the world looks to us for everything, Poppy here wishes she was American, and the way you act and talk you sound like your not American, watch your own media pal
@Fuentes I'm referring to the principle of freedom of expression, not laws. The constitution only limits the government from limiting speech. But the principle that we all should be allowed to express ourselves is a enlightenment principle this country was built on. Also internet and GAG are global. Everyone is free to express themselves here. But I guess that gives you the right to be a bigot.
@Fuentes Your full of shit. Freedom of speech didn't start with the US, nor is it limited to the US. It was a central tenet of the great Enlightenment (17th and 18th century) that inspired the US. law.jrank.org/pages/12439/Freedom-Speech.html " Speech restrictions issued by King James I led to a declaration of freedoms by Parliament in 1621. During the Enlightenment in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, speech was considered a natural right. Influential philosophers of England and France stressed the importance of the individual with each person having a right to speak freely and participate in government. Freedom of expression thus became an important factor in the French Revolution leading to the 1789 Declaration of the Rights of Man."
To claim your own right to free speech while trying to suppress the speech of others goes against the principles our country was built upon.@wagsingle yes the US was built in 1776 and quickly took power of whole world after defeating the Nazis & winning the silent Cold War after the 70's, King James was the past but today America is the super power amd we influence everyone but. our affairs arw only sorted with Americans if you come here as a foreigner you have no right to vote. That's an American Right
- Sounds like this person owes a whole lot of money for one thing.0|21|0
As for me they may owe money however I wouldn’t be surprised if someone started a go fund me page to bail his @$$ out.
- Their license revoked and a fine to cover the damages.0|10|0
- They should be fired and banned from working in the health industry. In addition to that, they should obviously be punished with whatever the penalties for breaking the laws they broke are.0|11|0
- Anonymous19 dWelp, the mortality of covid is approximatelly 2%. In other words the worker wanted to cause death of 10 people...
So punishing by public service sentence until the worker saves 10 lives by his actions would sound reasonable?0|00|0 - The worker got fired and I assume there's probably some serious property damage charges in there (thousands in damages).0|12|0
I assume it's a protest move.
Doesn't trust the drug. It's unclear which camp they lean toward though.
- You could add attempted Manslaughter to those charges - at a time like this every dose of that vaccine counts.0|12|0
- I want to know why... There was another healthcare worker who destroyed vaccines too. Something isn’t passing the sniff test on this...0|20|0
You mean in addition to this story someone else destroyed vaccines too? Wow!
- First, why tho? Second, playing with people's health, life should at the least cost you yours0|41|0
I smell a payoff of some sort. There have been other situations crop up in the news like this. Something doesn’t seem right at all.
There are plenty of people who would take a payoff. It’s despicable, but so are some people.
- Show All Show Less
@Chittychittybang I'm leaning more in the direction of somebody who is very anti vaccines, like anti abortion, so their beliefs drove them to extremes. If you've seen South Park, there is a whole episode about vaccines lol.
life should at the least cost you yours
We don’t live in a eye for an eye society. That’s primitive thinking.@ChefPapiChulo oh yeah thinking had gotten way so much more advanced, criminals get protected more than victims, what's wrong with that picture 🤔
@ChefPapiChulo hahaha okay sure if you say so, of you tryna insult, it's really not working so stop wasting your time 😂
Just making a point. I can’t do the thinking for you. If you think a death sentence is needed for this, than you don’t think very much. And here’s why. Those 500 that won’t get a vaccine, how many of them will die? Chances are none of them. That’s why your opinion is so outrageous.
@ChefPapiChulo you accuse me if not being able to think... I said "cost them theirs" where did I say death penalty? Nowhere, that could mean a motorise if things, could mean don't make the vaccine accessible to them, could mean hope karma gets them, their life could mean their freedom while they in prison because what kind of "life" is that... Before you come at my intelligence, check your own... If you don't understand something, try asking before not only assuming, but also insulting, cuz you're really only making yourself look bad, 🤷🏼♀️
- Saved people on their death beds and the elderly from being experimented on, they did good.1|10|0
I’m sure he had his reasons & if he could back it up than a hero he would be.
- Well if anyone died as a result then I guess it would be premeditated murder...0|12|0
It saddens me to say this but at this rate globally someone every 15 seconds is dying & 500 vaccines could slow down that rate if it works.
- I hadn't heard this yet. Did it say why she did it? I bet she thought the vaccine was some sort of government plot for population control and that she was saving 500 lives.1|20|1
She was a he... probably just firgot to put it in the fridge like my husband with the milk 🤔
- Getting him fired and leave a permanent mark on his record so he can never get any kind of job ever.0|00|0
- find the worst charge you can give them and throw the book at them0|12|0
- Either pay for all those doses or 500 hundred years in jail0|12|0
I could only imagine what the vaccine really costs & jail time , absolutely.
- Give that fucker a mansion! Why jump on any vaccine that just came out?1|10|2
Oh she’s going to have a mansion & it’s going to be federally ran & with bars as well. On the other hand lawyers are going to have a field day with this one.
- The vaccine manufacturer should sue her, and there may be criminal charges as well.0|10|0
I say criminal charges all the way & when she is sitting in jail I say she should have to write 500 letters to the families of people who recently passed away due to covid.
- If it is proven that she did this she should lose her job & be charged with some thing.2|31|0
- Anonymous21 dHow much does each dose cost? A couple bucks? Sounds like a $1000 fine plus some punative damages are in order.0|12|1
Each dose is about $22.00 a piece & in this case $11,000 in damages if not more.
- Anonymous20 dPrison time might be a bit extreme, I'd say a sizable fine is sufficient0|22|1
If the person has the right lawyers they will probably not see the inside of a cell at all. A fine works too.
- They need to pay the 10,00 dollars for the vials. They also need their license suspended or cancelled because some of it was injected into patients. Since they admitted it, no jail time.0|10|1
- Anonymous21 dFind out if they're working for Trump and why does it seem like some people want us all to die (or at least cull the population).0|12|1
- Anonymous20 dHe should be infected with coronavirus, then electrocuted.0|12|0
- That either counts as vandalism, or destruction of property. They should face whatever consequence is appropriate0|12|1
- A prison sentence and never being allowed to work in the healthcare sector ever again.0|11|0
- They got arrested right?1|21|2
- He or she will most likely get a prison sentence0|32|0
He was already arrested & as for prison sentence if he has a good lawyer it probably wouldn’t even see it.
Hmm I still think it's worrying that some conspiracy prone anti vaxxers in tinfoil hat can apparently be working in a hospital with access to the medication
- Charge them with bioterrorism.1|21|0
- Termination and criminal charges.0|32|1
- Let me guess, it was some dumbass anti vax Trump supporter?
Throw them in prison!!!0|12|0 - Obligation carrying death people outside Covid hospital for a month. I think some coutries have already set this kind of penalty for sth.0|12|0
- They should be put on death row0|21|1
As for me I feel in addition to losing her job a judge should order her to write letters to the families of 500 people who recently passed away due to covid & she can write them from jail as well.
- Reading GaG opinions makes me happy we live in a republic and not a true democracy :)0|10|0
- Make him have the virusan wsit for the vaccine the new more easy to get 10|11|0
- I can't imagine why he would do this.0|10|0
- Lifetime jail sentence1|11|0
I agree with jail time & I say she should have to write 500 letters to the families of people who recently passed away due to covid.
- Anonymous21 dI hope that person catches Covid and suffers from it.0|12|0
- they should be executed0|22|1
Or a taste of their own medicine. Give them covid & if they want the vaccine tell them to bad.
- Anonymous20 dPraise him as a hero and throw him a parade.1|10|0
A lot of people are saying he is a hero & I’m sure in court they might see it differently.
- He should cover the damage he's caused0|22|0
- Either he pays for them or go to prison..0|12|0
- Shoot, better for the gene pool0|12|1
- Charged with vandalism0|11|0
- Criminally liable manslaughter.0|12|0
- Who cares0|11|0
