So today my husband is no longer part of the male gender and nor will he become a female, the doctors going going to castrate him using hormones, then when the testicles and penis has reduce in size a operation call a 'total penectomy' to remove all traces of his old sexual gender to leave the area smooth and clean of any genitals, I have been told the pubic mound will be flat then mine
