It's okay unless she finds out (she could get offended, distance herself from you etc). Don't tell her about it unless you want to ruin your friendship. However if you think she would be a good friend with benefits and there's a possibility she's attracted to you, then tell her. But keep in mind that these kind of relationships almost never work out (you stop being friends or even worse one of you falls in love with the other).
