Sounds like Peyronie's disease if it curved to the left or right that would explain the pain then since its scar tissue built up forcing it to one side. But should be able to have normal sex still and their are treatments out there

Curved which way? Keeping in mind that the infamous upward curve is probably the best possible shape for a penis in terms of satisfying a woman. Certainly more of a blessing than a curse.

I would assume that if he is curved to the left as you wrote elsewhere, you might want to look into any position that would get him pointing outwards towards your front (assuming he is inside).
