You select condoms based on your girth. Condoms are sized by width in millimeters. Properly sized they work best when stretched 10-20%. Picking a size for 10% or 20% is more of a personal preference.

You just need to divide your girth in MM, which is 140mm and divide by 2.2-2.5 to get the condom size range that works best for you. 57-63mm
