A ruined orgasm is when you're just about to have it, and suddenly something forces your mind off the process. For example: You're jerking off in the bedroom with nobody home. You're almost finished, and you hear the door open with your parents coming in. The pleasure is gone because the focus is now on getting dressed and making sure that there are no signs that you were jerking off in case your parents come in or look into your room.

Another example: you're approaching orgasm, but your partner needs a little bit more to e than you. So you try to relax, but you've gone too far. But you don't really feel a great amount of pleasure because you're not thinking about having the strongest orgasm you can have.

I have never heard the term but have had the experience.
