So you want to try anal hey?
Here's a short step-by-step guide of what I found most effective. Coming from a girl who now has anal at least once a week and enjoys it more than normal sex.
Step 1. Do not go straight into anal!! The girl needs to be worked up... A LOT before you even think about it, if she isn't soaking wet don't bother, she needs to feel hot and heavy, so she will be much more relaxed
Step 2. Obviously make sure you're both okay with it, no surprise sausages!!
Step 3. Lube - super important for the first few times you try... even though when you first try it it may not feel like it makes any difference, that it still hurts it but trust me on this. After a while of doing it however you may be able to rely purely on her being wet and that's all you'll need... you'll come to realise lube isn't that important ( I used to put almost a whole tube on innocently hoping it'd make it easier... the amount you use really doesn't make a difference) it all just depends on how relaxed her anal muscles are.
Step 4. Here it goes. Don't slowly ease your way in! I as a woman found and at times still find this excruciating. My advice, get him to make small slow little thrusts as you slowly become accustomed to this forgeign object it your bottom, until you are able to take the whole thing
Step 5. If she can't take it and it hurts to much stop, do not try and get her back into the mood for it, but try again another day... it will most definitely take a few attempts before she may be ready... it can be quite a painful proccess, but once she's used to it... oh man she'll never want to look back!
Probably should have added... positions. I found best in a spooning position, and slowly working your way into a doggy or really any position once your capable of handling his cock when in the spooning position and it no longer hurts. Please also be aware... there will be a LOT of noise... moaning screaming you name it!
