I don't know why you grouped this into age categories.
I mean a "Yes" is a "Yes" and a "No" is a "No".
But anyway, yes it's sex, hence the word "sex".
You can get an STD or STI from it because you are providing the virus with direct transmission.
It's also a very intimate act to perform.
You are putting your mouth on someones genitals.

  If you ask me, the ages in the poll are to big of a gap to think anything. The under 25 voting could very well be 13-25 year olds voting. and the 25-39 is a huge age difference. If I add to make a poll, I wouldn't group grown adults with minors. A person's mind is fully developed at age 24. Why on Earth are they grouped with teens?

  @hazoplmeught It depends on how you're using the word. Oral sex isn't NOT sex. But it isn't necessarily "Sex" with a capital S. A lot of people use "sex" to mean sexual intercourse, which for a lot of people, is the main event. If you're using "sex" to mean any type of sexual activity, then yes, oral sex is sex. But if you're using it the way most people use it, to mean intercourse or an interaction that includes intercourse, then sex is sex and oral sex is oral sex. That's how I see it, anyway.

  "Sexual activity" can encompass a really wide range of things, like manual stimulation, oral sex, foreplay, and maybe even heavy kissing. If someone says to me "I had sex with so and so" then, depending on the context, I might take that to mean sexual intercourse or if I know they're homosexual I might take it to mean other things. That's why this isn't black and white to me. But I think that most commonly it refers to sexual intercourse, or an interaction that includes sexual intercourse, because under most circumstances for most people intercourse is the "main event".
