Yeah. Wife of one of my brothers' friends has one.

He had his leg -- and his penis -- blown off by an IED in Afghanistan. He has a prosthetic leg now, and he's fully in control of it, but fucking isn't a thing he can do anymore. (I think urinating is also some sort of... uhhm interesting experience.)

He and his wife were over at our place one night. When his wife went away to the "powder room" for a bit, he confessed to me that he really wanted a way to give his wife a good fucking, like the old days.

I made some calls to a couple PR people I knew in the adult industry. One of them knew a guy decently high up at the company that makes Sybians who was ex-military -- ok, I had my guy.
I wrote that guy a letter, enclosed a couple pictures of my brother's friend and his wife, and... about 2 weeks later, there was a giant package on the friend's doorstep. They'd sent the Sybian unit -- and all of the attachments, and the storage thingy -- totally for free.

It's pretty fucking cool what you can do with 2 phone calls, a letter, and some empathy.
