Isn’t this so annoying as a man?
Listen I know this is an annoying question but I need to vent.

When I measure my penis I can get it to 7-8 inches long and thick forcing an erection.

I’m only in my early 20s and I guess I have erectile dysfunction.

Especially when lying down. It’s impossible
I’m single but I’m from a family that pushes me to find a girl. But how do I face a girl like this. Like, I can get hard but only like 60% of my erection while lying down.
I’ll feel so embarrassed with a girl.

It sucks being a man because like you get judged like this. You lot are probably all laughing at me as I speak. I’ve always had this problem. This is me.

I swear a penis problem is the worst problem as a man. Sure men care about it more than women. But all women do is size you up. I have absolutely everything a man could ever dream of but I have to deal with this. Like I wish I could just stay fully hard.

Any advice? Like when fully erect I’m so big but this is just a blow to the self esteem like it makes me feel like I’m not massive and a loser. Also unattractive

  • How are the pelvic floor muscles? When hard can you move your member easily without hands up and down? You might benefit greatly from kegels if not. I didn't have this issue until 30s and I actually suspect it's because I skateboarded on vert ramps all the time. I used to be able to move the member effortlessly with very strong pelvic muscles. Then when I started having problems getting fully hard, I also noticed I lost that ability and it was during a very lazy set of seasons after marriage where I didn't work out at all. So I started back again and also incorporated kegels and then it was back to being like a teenager again.

    • In my case at least the strength of those pelvic muscles is everything. I noticed when I had a difficulty during that lazy period that I couldn't do those strong contractions anymore to move the member unless I really focused, and it was almost like I felt sore doing it. Whereas when the muscles were strong, it was effortless to contact them. And I find the strength of those muscles tie very directly not only to the ability to stay hard but also easily get hard with very little effort (often no touching required).

    • When I skateboarded those muscles got especially strong, I suspect. Since skateboarding on a vert ramp is like doing a gazillion squats against resistance. It's not exactly like a conscious kegel contraction but I suspect it really strengthens the pelvic floor.

  • Dude, if you are having issues getting it up at 20 you need to see a doctor.

    Especially if you don't wake up with an erection almost every day.

    This can point to some major medical conditions.
