I think seeing feminine feet are sexy. They’re body parts that we don’t see all year, so they have that exclusivity element. At the same time, they’re not as taboo as sexual body parts, but more available. That said, you’re born with it or you grow to like feet in the very early stages of your life. If that’s not the case, it’s hard to develop a fetish for them at an older age. It’s one of those things that are extremely hard to explain to outsiders just like any other kink. Good thing is that it’s harmless.
