I'll explain... You get your foreskin cut off and your head (penis) is exposed... The only time it hurts is when it rubs against your clothes but thats like a 6.5 out od 10
But when you're laying down it just feels tight like a tiny hair is wrapped around it (0.0 out of 10).

Its very risky, some people end up with a severed penis. You might want it for cosmetic/ religious or "hygienic reasons" but at the end of the day, the risks outweigh the benefits. And you don't have too, it should be your choice, and your choice alone. Good luck.

I know, but mistakes are possible as the surgeon is only human. Although in the USA they sometimes use electricity to remove the foreskin. Please bear in mind that should an accident happen, you will have a hard time establishing medical negligence as it is a policy of many states around the world that hospitals and their employees cannot be sued for actions that result in a loss or injury of a patient. I just wouldn't do it, nor would I ask my significant other to do this.

Apparently you lose sensation because the head is always exposed, but I have no idea of course. There's also none of the natural gliding that happens with an uncut penis.
