You should have specified wether or not sex was allowed.

I’m assuming you are thinking no sex and no masturbation and no relationships.

Then it’s very hard. Male physiology produces sperm. Eventually there is a max capacity and it has to go somewhere. We literally have no choice but to ejactulate at some point. Healthier guys produce more sperm and faster. Hence they fill up faster.

I have yet to go 90 days without orgasm. I have tried for some time, but honestly I think the longest I could last was three weeks. And it’s rare to go more than one week. If I make it, by the second week I’m itching all over and cannot think straight or function in my daily life due to constant arousal.

I don't want to go without sexual release. Masturbating while watching porn is okay, but it pales in comparison with having sex with a woman.
