When I'm riding him he thrusts and moves his hips in circles in a completely different motion and rhythm than I am often which throws me off because I don't know what he wants. Tell him to stop moving. My wife had the same issue with me. She just said if you like me on top stop moving. Tell him when you are on top it's for you not him. Get yours then after let him get his. It could be his natural reaction to being stimulated to start moving and thrusting. Next time you're on top tell him you're going to do all the work, all he has to do is to remain perfectly still. Guys like challenges so make it a game to see if he can force himself to not move including up to and including an orgasm.
