I really don't know what it is. Hopefully it can be cured somehow, but I feel I'm crashing into stupid jealousy game. Here is the guy I like a lot and he told me he likes me too. So far we almost had sex, but I refused. At the beginning just before we met, he kissed my best friend, who later hooked us up and just recently told me about that kiss and that she didn't like it. And she recently started to tell me stuff that he's a jerk, when in the beginning she told me opposite. And when she told me in the face I noticed the nervousness in her voice. He calls her kind of lot, but he refers to her as his friend. She is going out with someone else. And no, I'm not going out with him, but he calls me to hang out. But just when I think of them together it gets me so mad and I get the feeling that they're both seeing each other in secret, because they don't want to hurt me or else. Is it normal or is there anything I could do to stop it, because sometimes I can't even sleep. How can I find out if they are two doing something behind without letting them to know that I'm suspecting it?

Well, you can be all sneaky and distrustful and try to follow him, or call him when he's not with you, or get your hands on his phone to look at his text and all that. But you know this already.

You could probably have a couple straightforward but not explicit conversations, one with each of them. About what they think of the other person and why. About why she used to say one thing and now says another about him. About how he feels about her now that he's with you but still hanging out with the girl he kissed. You might learn something.

But really the way to learn the most, and probably feel the best whether they are or aren't doing anything, is to be straightforward AND explicit, which means they'll know you're suspecting something. Meaning, you don't try to hide how you feel, you just lay it on the table and determine how one or both of them feel.

OR, work on getting over your jealousy so you can get a better night's sleep.
