Can't understand his signals?

He works for any 3 days/week at the hotel reception, I work at the restaurant only on weekends. I never noticed him until he confronted me on a tram going home because earlier at work he overheard me on the phone speaking in Czech. He speaks Hebrew and Czech, his English is not that good. He was facing me the whole time on the way home and basically I was the topic of discussion.

After that, the next weekend, he came to talk to me. Then the next weekend, he only said hi to me and spent most of his time not at his desk but chatting with everyone else who works at the restaurant except me. At the end of my shift when I was signing out he passed by me really close so I turned and he turned back and we had this eye contact. It was too intense I turned away, he went to desk and I went home. Last weekend I didn't see him, he picked different days for his shift.

So what is all this about? Should I stop day dreaming about him?
