So not long ago I met up with an old high school friend I had a crush on, and in our conversation he confessed he'd always liked me too. we stared hanging out and we acted like a couple. he would talk on the phone all the time and text me all day long, till the other day I told him I liked him, he sounded surprised and kinda out of it when I told him. so yea ever since then he's been acting a little weird he still sends me texts but he hasn't called...help. what do you think it means?
Maybe he was surprised that you finally liked him back? It seems like an odd reaction, but maybe he isn't sure where to take this now. Maybe you could try calling him and acting like nothing has really changed until he feels comfortable to talk to you more once again.
