Okay, I have a friend who claims to be my best friend he says he wants to do all these things together and now he doesn't even talk to me anymore. I missed church one Sunday because my dad got sick and my friend said he was mad at me and I tried to tell him what happened but he would not listen. I don't know what to do anymore I totally gave up.

Update: Yes I only see him on Sundays. He says he feels bad about leaving me out on things but ever since I missed one Sunday he just is not the same. 10 months ago

Do you ONLY see each other at church? Maybe he was planning on doing something for you that Sunday, and was upset his plans didn't work out. Even then, I don't think it gives him the right to stop talking to you completely.
