I've been dating a friend for a month I've known him for 2 years and were really close friends,We talk openly a lot and share a lot in common. But some of the stuff he says makes me wonder if he's just after a one night stand. :|

He says he loves me,and says what he'd do if I allowed him to,
i trust him a lot but I'm suspicious by nature at what his real intentions might be. He says he'd do anything for me,even drop out of college.
He listens to all my problems and helps me through a lot of tough times. Should I be worried or am I just acting over cautious?

No, you should definitely be cautious. If you're enjoying the relationship, by all means, continue it, but don't be afraid to break it off if he gets aggressive and starts pushing you for sexual favors. It might be a good idea to set up boundaries between the two of you, if you're worried about it. Keep in mind, you don't have to make compromises here; if he truly cares for you, he won't disrespect you by pushing the limits.

You should ALWAYS be cautious. If he really loves you, then your caution shouldn't be too much of a burden for him to bear.
