so there's this girl we meet in 7th grade she introduces her self to me she is a year older than me she seems interested I'm very interested in her but I play it cool 8th grade i find out she went to a different school than me over MySpace so I don't think I have a chance with her unless I talk to her over the web i eventually tell her I liked her and stuff and she thought it was sweet but I could tell she thought I was annoying and she rejected then I kept trying to talk to her and she said I was annoying and she told me to stop talking to her 9th grade I used as much restraint as I could not to talk to her we made some heavy eye contact passing bye each other which were the longest five seconds of my life 10th grade is coming up this year I'm really good with girls because they think I'm cute and stuff so I'm definitely confident with girls and a lot are into me but I'm still into this girl and all my confidence goes away when I see her she is the only girl that doesn't make me feel like I'm super confident it'd be really hard for me to talk to her we make eye contact sometimes though i try to ignore her when I walk by her though is there any chance I could get her? how? thank you so much
Well first of all stop trying to ignore her compeltely, that's not going to get you anywhere. Try actually conversing with this girl, say "Hey" when you see her - be polite, acknowledge but don't annoy. Hopefully, you're conversations will become less phatic and more like actually friends speaking, take it slow - get to knw her.
If you're having trouble with your confidence in front of her, don't try and hide it and act all macho - keep cool, collected and keep things relaxed - no one likes a shaking, sweaty kid, but people rarely like a loudmouthed jerk either.
Be yourself but don't hit her with the full force of your character because frankly, that's terrifying.
