When you see him give him a smile and ask him how his day was. In order for a guy to be attractive to a girl, the girl needs confidence. After you are done with your conversation with him, say goodbye to him with a smile and briefly, hold on to his arm before leaving, so he knows you enjoyed talking to him.

It depends on what you mean by a guy who can get any girl he wants:
1) if you mean he's a player, the best way is to talk to him, but like a friend. DO NOT flirt with him. be very deadpan, and calm. Basically, communicate to him that you don't think he's anything special. He will wonder why is charms aren't working on you and try to figure out why. Trust me, you'll definitely get his attention
2)if you mean that he is so cute, nice and smart that he could have any girl, I'd say be yourself. He probably gets waaaaay too many advances a day. Be very very very kind and save the drama for your girlfriends. Guys love low-maintenance, sweet, kind girls who aren't afraid to relax.
