Do you think a smile tells a lot about a person or not? Why? Have you ever judged a person just on their smile?
Update: EDIT: Forgot to say what I think! Lol. I've always thought a smiles tells a lot about a person. I also have a whole elaborate explanation, but if you want to hear it then you just have to ask me because at the moment my fingers are numb and I'm tired.

Update: Also, I just wanted to say that I made up the answer for See! It sounds really cool and now I'm kind of proud.

The first thing a smile tells you about a person is if they are hygienic lol that's always a must! There are so many different kind of smiles that people aren't even aware of the kind of smile they're giving. There are nervous ones, flirty, goofy, excited, half-hearted, friendly, sympathetic, cocky, and confident smiles. I'm sure there are more but those are the ones that come to mind right now. A smile tells you how the person feels towards you and in general.
Yeah! Because you can tell for a start if they are externally happy people. Then you can tell from the way they smile if they are really that happy. You can also tell what mood they are in, how confident they are and obviously if they look after their teeth. That can also be a sign of hygiene. So I think there is quite a lot in a smile, both physical and emotional. I think you can also tell a lot by what they are smiling at.
I think a genuine smile is warm and friendly, and it puts the tension at ease. I do believe though there are genuine smiles and just smarmy smiles, and I can probably speak for most of the girls out there that you CAN tell the difference. So in that respect, yes, I have judged people on their smiles alone.
Well, I think that smile tells a lot about a person. When I see some random person smile I get the sense that they are nice and friendly. I think it changes my perspectives and judgments I might base on them IF they didn't smile.
People who smile and laugh all the time are FUN people to be around. At least I think so. They just make YOU smile and give you the best damn time. They also seem to be down to earth kinda personalities and show a good attitude. So being said all that, smile is the best way to go. I smile and laugh ALL THE TIME, it JUST defines me. LOL and I think people can tell a lot about me through that.
So if I saw you smile, would that mean that I know that you like to paint bunnies on to cars in your free time? XD - 9 months ago

Question Asker
I could carry on if I had a red bull because right now it is 1:30, and maybe also if I had my charger for my laptop. But since I don't happen to have either of those, I'm going to have to say "good night" and (even though it goes against all my principles) I'm going to leave without a smart-ass remark. :) - 9 months ago
Just like the eyes, a smile is very telling. I can usually tell if someone is being fake with their smile, if they are sad, if they are sick, or if they have a very worn-out and polished smile (like politicians) then they are most likely a liar.
I am not too good in reading body language. Cause where I come from checking out a girl can come up as being a lewd behavior; so generally the smile is what gives up most of the feelings out. can't say the same when I stand in front of the mirror though ;-)
