Well wisdom is connected to maturity in some degree.. I mean wisdom also has a big chunk of it from experience. That is why people always say that the older you are, the wiser you get because as you grow up and get older, you get experience in all sorts of subjects and situations. Some people just have natural wisdom, without having experience. For example, I don't have a lot of experience for some of the questions that are asked on here, but I think about it and try to seem as logical as I can, also considering different points of views.. now I'm not saying that I am wise or anything, but these types of qualities are viewed in many different ways, and people seem to have more or less of them, depending on the person :)
Wisdom and maturity don't come to a person at a certain age, and some people never have either. But many people think they know more than they actually do; if they go around saying that they're mature and wise, they're probably wrong.
I think that matureness doesn't have a set age. That is why people say "your mature for your age" because not everybody may be at the same maturity level. Even today, there are younger people extremely mature, and older ones who haven't quite reached it yet (in a way, of course) :)
