How to overcome stress?

I'm taking this really important exam soon and I always get that unconfident and stressful feeling which probably drops my grade down. Any suggestions what to do?

First off, breathe. Very important to do that. Keeps you alive. That was a very funny joke, so you can laugh. It's also the best medicine to nervousness. Next, eat a small, simple meal (like cereal) an hour or so before your exam starts. Also, whatever you do, DON'T study just a few minutes before you begin. That will only increase nervousness and make you forget things. Sleep at least eight hours the night before an exam. Also, make sure that you drink plenty of water the day before and nothing too soon just before the actual exam (you don't want to have to go to the loo during it, do you? ). Have fun and good luck!

Prepare the best you can get plenty of sleep and hit a punching bag for 30 min afterwards.

Normally I would suggest: SEX!

But in this situation: PLAYSTATION!

Believe me, such a simple thing really helps. Otherwise, watch the Three Stooges or anything else that gives you a good laugh. Anything from watching Comedy Central to reading the messages of others in those adult swingers sex sites.

Now THOSE are funny, seeing how people act on this sites.

Listen to your favorite song, dance to it, watch your favorite Disney movie, masturbate, talk to your friends/family about the test, work out, jog. Anything that you like to do.

Practice a lot for the exam, get a good night sleep, take long deep breathes, and think positive like "study for this test I will do good" good luck

Music helps my mood. Listen to all the song that make you feel happy or relaxed. Dancing/singing to them helps even more = )
Then there's always chocolate as well. No too healthy but it works!
