Ok, so a few days ago, I was talking to my crush, (who recently became my friend) and I was telling him why I was upset. He started telling me to not waste my time with guys like that (I was telling him how my ex is dating my ex best friend) and how it's not worth it worrying over it. He then told me that he didn't want a girlfriend yet, because "he wasn't ready or mature enough yet". A little while later, he randomly added, and I quote: "but if I were to have a girlfriend now, I wanna get to know her better, first". Unfortunately, a couple days ago when I was talking to him, he would barely answer me. (Conversations generally flow naturally and easily with him). Guys? S.O.S?
If he's acting weird maybe he thinks he said something to you he shouldn't have, meaning that he probably does have interest in you. Also he said he wasn't ready to have a girlfriend then totaly denied that by saying he would want to get to know her first. He probably said that so you guy wouldn't rush into anything but it sounds like he does have interest in you.
