Guys, do you look for signs or see things as signs?

I do sometimes, although I can't say that I'm that focussed on finding them. I have lived a life that is nothing short of a miracle. I used to be a 'little' accident prone. There were a few times where it could have meant my life, but it didn't. I now don't even have a single scar on my body, despite what's happened. One example was that I fell out of a moving car when I was two years old. Walked away from that with only a bump on the head (fell face first). I've fallen down metal stairs, out of cupboards (funny story there), run into more things than I can remember (probably why I can't lol). I also became suicidal when I was younger. I attempted it, yet despite how much I wanted and tried to cut my wrist, I never even drew blood. It's nothing shy of a miracle that I'm alive today, and still without a scar or even having broken a bone. I take that as a sign that I have something to do with my life. I'm doing it with every day I go to work, or chat to someone online.
